Overview

Invest is Victoi's market product. It gives a person on a phone the same seat at the table that has historically belonged to people in financial capitals: real-time prices, fractional ownership of any listed company, a broad crypto catalogue held in the same place as their money, and live prediction markets on the events they already follow.

The product sits beside the wallet. Cash moves in and out of investment positions with one tap; there is no separate brokerage account to fund, no separate balance to top up.

• Fractional shares across NYSE and NASDAQ. Buy and hold any listed equity from a few cents up — fractional or whole.
• 32 curated investment themes. Themes group companies by what they actually do — Artificial Intelligence, Automotive, Clean Energy, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Semiconductors, and more — so a user can take a view on an idea rather than picking a single ticker.
• Real-time data, granular history. Quotes update live during market hours. Charts run from 1-minute bars up to a 5-year view so both day-traders and long-term holders see what they need.
• Same-app context. Each stock page carries the company description, the relevant themes, and the related news, so a decision is informed before it is placed.

Crypto

• Major assets in one wallet. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC, USDT and other widely-held tokens are held in the same Victoi balance that holds dollars, euros, and pounds.
• No separate exchange. Buys, sells, and swaps happen inside the app. There is no separate exchange to register with, no withdrawal step between cash and crypto.
• Use stablecoins as money. USDC and USDT are not only positions — they are also a payment rail. The same balance can be spent, sent, or held.

Prediction markets

• Live markets on real events. Take a position on the outcome of a sports fixture, the closing price of a stock, or the level of a crypto asset by a deadline.
• Sport categories and leagues. Markets are organised by sport and league so a user can filter to what they follow.
• Outcome-based, not odds-based. Each market has clearly defined outcomes; a position pays out in cash if the read is right.
• Leaderboards. See who is calling the markets well over time.

How it works

1. Fund. Investment positions are funded from any Victoi wallet — no extra account to open.
2. Pick a market. Browse stocks by theme or search, scroll the crypto catalogue, or open the prediction market screen to find live events by sport, league, or asset.
3. Place. Specify size in money (not units) — Victoi handles fractional sizing. Confirm the order; live quotes are shown right up to the moment of execution.
4. Track. Every position appears in the portfolio view with current value, today's move, and full transaction history. Prices update live during market hours.
5. Close. Sell back to cash in one tap; proceeds settle into your chosen wallet.

Can I buy a partial share? Yes. You can size any position in money rather than units; Victoi handles the fractional sizing.

Where is my crypto kept? In your Victoi balance, alongside your fiat wallets. Stablecoins (USDC, USDT) can also be sent, received, and spent like any other currency in your wallet.

What is a prediction market? A market where you take a position on the outcome of a real-world event — a sports fixture, the closing price of a stock by a deadline, the level of a crypto asset by a date. Outcomes are defined upfront; the market pays out in cash to positions on the correct side.

Is investing on Victoi regulated? Yes. Investment products are offered through regulated partners. The specific regulatory licence depends on the country you sign up from; the app discloses this during sign-up and in the legal section.

Can I lose money? Yes — investments rise and fall, and losses can exceed expectations on volatile assets. The app shows current value and the move on the day in your portfolio so this is never hidden.
